1. What kind of services do you offer?

We provide private and fully furnished office space with reception service and utilities. You will have 24-hour access to your office unit with secured access card. Center facilities such as business lounge, meeting rooms, printer, scanner, and copiers are also available to you, along with free amenities including coffee, tea, water, reception services, call handling, mail and package handling and more.

2. Where are you located?

We are located at Lilies Leaf Chambers, Ground Floor, Wing 1B, Kampala, Uganda

3. Our business hours?

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, except public holidays. Our Clients access the office 24/7

4. What are your payment methods?

We accept bank transfers , Mobile Money, cheque payments and cash. Please reach our team for bank details

5. What facilities do you have in your centers?

We provide amenities to support our clients’ daily business needs including printer, scanner, copier, fax and more. You’ll also find a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a selection of teas and drinking water in the kitchen available to you at any time.

6. Can I setup my own printer in my office?

Yes, you can bring your own printer to your office.

7. Is there any air-conditioning in the office units?

Yes we have Air conditioning in every office.

8. Do I have to pay for electricity?

We take care of all your utilities. Necessities such as electricity and water services are covered by us.

9. Do you offer parking?

Parking is available with various options, please contact us or walk in to our office for more details

10. How long does it take to move in to my office?

All vacant offices are ready for move-in, just bring your laptop and you are ready to go.

11. Do I have 24 hours access to my office?

Yes. From the minute you move in, we provide you with a starter kit that includes an access card for anytime entry, and all the information you need for your stay.

12. What are the options I have on agreement terms?

Our terms start from a minimum of three months to help clients to stay flexible.

13. What are the payment terms?

You can pay Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, Annually except for special request(s). Note: If paying annually you get a discount

14. Do you provide a server rack?

Yes, we do provide server rack for our clients; do contact us to get a quote based on your server specification

15. Do I need to pay deposit?

Yes , you will be required to pay a minimum of two months deposit

16. Can I request a site visit to check out your office facilities?

You are welcome to schedule a viewing with us and we will show you around the available office units, lounge, meeting rooms and all the facilities we offer. Reach out to us and our local team will respond to you within 24 hours.

17. Can I switch to a bigger or smaller office during my agreement period?

We offer flexible workspace solution to meet our clients’ needs. Reach out to the Lilies Leaf Chambers office manager about your plan and we will arrange the next best office unit for you

18. How secure is your serviced offices?

We offer a fully secure environment that is surveyed by CCTV. Access to the buildings is managed and monitored via the latest security systems to ensure maximum peace of mind.

19. What kind of documents do I need to sign up for an office space?

To register for an office you’ll need to submit relevant business registration / company incorporation document, URA PIN number and your national ID / passport documentation
